Job summary

As our company is growing, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will contribute to our team, not just by filling vacancies, but by truly understanding our business and attracting the right people.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for our Northern Europe business unit with the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization to manage the recruitment process, from gathering the requirements for new positions, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, to presenting offers and working closely with our People and Culture and IT teams to set new hires up for a successful and engaging onboarding.

What You'll Be Responsible For

. Partnering with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs
. Write, and post job attractive job descriptions
. Source and build long term, high-quality relationships with candidates
. Ensure candidates have a long-lasting positive experience when interviewing
. Initiate and communicate with candidates and provide follow up throughout the application process
. Provide updates to the People and Culture team as well as the business on recruitment progress
. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including recommendations on sourcing/recruitment strategy

What you need to be successful

. Experience Talent acquisition, ideally in the IT sector
. Customer service-oriented approach and natural ability to be part of the team
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Superior organizational and project management skills
. A high level of motivation, the ability to efficiently work with little supervision, effective multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize, and a willingness to help other team members
. Stay abreast of new technology and industry trends
