- Be responsible for providing world class end to end candidate and stakeholder management recruitment experience experiences - managing all activity, both internal, external and referrals through our hiring processes
- Partner and manage relationships with key stakeholders, understand the requirements of roles and the pladis culture to ensure good candidate fit.
- Think creatively and implement a programme to build our employer brand, awareness of pladis and talent attraction methods in the external market.
- Support the development and implementation of key initiatives and processes to ensure we bring in the best talent into the business with a key focus on Diversity and Inclusion
- Work with our PSL agencies to deliver specialist talent requirements.
- Source candidates – post roles internally and externally, utilise job boards, social media and online resources to engage and contact appropriate candidates.
- Carry out initial applicant screening for roles, including CV sifting, telephone interviews and all candidate communication including feedback.
- Hold others accountable for fulfilling their steps in the hiring process.
- Support the production of timely and accurate management information for the organisation to advise decision making on all staffing and management recruitment including new entry programmes.
- Alongside the Lead Recruiter, be responsible for the delivery of emerging talent recruitment plans and ensure that recruitment assessment centres are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
- Actively seek opportunities to continuously improve recruitment service provision in pladis and ensure that pladis remains abreast of industry changes and best practice
- Provide recruitment expertise to specific projects as required i.e. apprentice recruitment, assessment centre development.
- Demonstrable experience of working in in-house recruitment
- Experience of Workday system is desirable
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Have proven partner management experience and be a strong external ambassador for pladis.
