Background of department/role
CCCU is looking to recruit an experienced, driven and experienced Head of School and College Recruitment to join the School and College Engagement Team. As a member of the Department of Marketing and Communication, you will work as part of a passionate team who apply their professional skills and expertise to ensure meaningful and impactful interactions with every single prospective student.
As Head of School and College Recruitment, you will set the strategy for engagement and offer clear direction for school and college recruitment delivery in order to promote the CCCU offer. You will travel frequently across the UK, attracting prospective students to opportunities available to them at CCCU. You will lead and motivate a team of Recruitment Officers and Event Coordinators to achieve our overall recruitment targets.
Your knowledge of successful sales/recruitment practices will attract and convert a diverse cohort. You will develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, both at CCCU, and in schools, and colleges across the region. Through these relationships, and by leading your team, you will empower current and past students, academic colleagues, and other professionals to showcase our portfolio of courses and ensure learners in your region choose CCCU as their higher education institution of choice.
