Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for your next role?

At Pebbles, our dedicated recruitment team are looking for a new member to join us and positively impact our children's lives by ensuring we source the perfect candidates to nurture and take care of them.

Your Role as Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be at the forefront of Pebbles recruitment activities around our 47 Residential Child Care homes and two schools across Scotland and England.

You will work collaboratively with our existing team to ensure that the candidate's journey from end to end is a positive one.

You will coordinate and source candidates for your allocated vacancies, utilising and updating our application tracking systems and ensuring headcount targets are met within the designated SLAs.

The essential qualities that we look for are,

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of high-volume recruitment.
  • An ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing external platforms such as HR systems and ATS
  • An excellent understanding of recruitment marketing including social media advertising.
  • A strong commercial awareness of how recruitment and onboarding processes impact a business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in relation to negotiations with recruitment agencies and communicating with external agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable qualities we look for are,

  • Experience working within a similar role within the Social Care Sector
