Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced people manager who understands and excels in using social media to drive ticket sales for Live Nation tours and festivals.
The Digital Marketing Manager – Social and Content is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of social media channels in line with strategy set by VP Marketing – Digital to drive engagement and ticket sales. You will also support the shared team goal to grow reach and first party data.

- Demonstrable experience in:
- Managing multiple high-volume social media channels
- Managing a team
- Social commerce
- Paid social media
- Confident data analyst with expertise in Google Analytics / platform based tools
- Confident problem solver
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work in evenings and weekends when necessary including at festivals and concerts

What the role includes
Working alongside VP Marketing - Digital to drive ticket sales and reach through social media platforms for Live Nation festivals and tours
Tasks including but not limited to:
- With input from VP Marketing – Digital, overseeing the day to day running of a portfolio of high volume social media channels, including Live Nation UK, Download Festival, Metropolis Music and LN Source. This includes:
- Copywriting
- Creating content briefs
- Proof reading posts and reviewing content created by others
- Line management of Social and Content team – mentoring and developing employees
- Implementing plans for developing social platforms, including:
- Launching new channels
- Social commerce
- Weekly reporting on social channels to deliver incremental growth in reach and ticket sales
- Working alongside VP Marketing – Digital to improve paid social media activity
