With offices in Shenfield, Brentwood, and Central London, we service the whole Greater London area and the South East but also work with clients throughout the UK.
HCS are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, a perfect position for someone who has the ability and passion to play a vital role within a multi-faceted company with drive, ambition and a committed team. You will be supporting the day to day administration duties in the business, be the first point of contact for clients, and provide support to the Director.
General duties will include:
· Answering phones
· Day to day telephone contact with clients
· Updating and managing spreadsheets
· Processing invoices
· Managing diaries
· Provide PA support to the Director
· Preparation of presentations
· Proof reading documents
· Managing social media
· Following up business leads
· Attending networking events

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
