We'd like you to join us in a newly created role of Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be managing our High Volume Recruitment Team of Talent Acquisition Partners to help our Operations teams meet their hiring goals.
You will bring pots of experience of leading a team of recruiters, and be happy to get your own sleeves rolled up whilst involved in the day to day of a large resourcing function. You will be highly client and candidate centric and demonstrate impact in a fast paced working environment. You will also collaborate effectively across all teams, operate in line with our Active behaviours and be passionate about what it takes to get our candidates to become committed and successful colleagues.

What you'll be doing:
- To provide day to day line leadership, 121 coaching, support and guidance to their team in achieving monthly objectives towards core measures
- To work with MD and ODs to ensure delivery of high volume recruitment of care and non clinical
- Prepare reports and timely data for both internal and external use, including vacancy and recruitment activity
- To ensure effective recruitment tools/plans/tactics are in place across all services, working to support the Recruitment Partners to implement
- To maintain and progress process compliance from candidate attraction to colleague starting
- To contribute as part of TA Senior Management Team to the achievement of all TA team goals
- To participate in key resourcing projects as directed
- To encourage a diverse and inclusive place to work, attracting colleagues and focusing on wellbeing

What you'll have:
- Familiar with MS Office Suite and ATS
- High level of accuracy and good attention to detail is essential to be successful
- High customer focus
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Positive enthusiastic approach, can-do attitude, takes initiative
- Must have an analytical problem-solving approach
- Ability to influence and advise at all levels
- Thrives and experienced in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior recruitment experience essential
- Experience of leading a team of recruiters essential
- Care Sector and safer recruitment experience very desirable but not essential
