Hours: 35 hours and flexible working hours available
This is an exciting time for the People Services Team at the Disabilities Trust, and we are looking for a motivated People Services Administrator to work within our busy and lively department in Burgess Hill. The role:
As the People Services Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the department in providing efficient and effective services to all staff and to support Managers/Directors in meeting their business objectives. This will include writing up contracts for new and existing members of staff and ensuring that all HR queries are responded to in the email inboxes. You will manage confidential employee data on the HR systems and minute take in relevant meetings as and when required.
Suitable applicants for this role will have previous experience within a HR setting and of handling confidential information. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
