We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Commercial team at Flutter UK & Ireland.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Partners deliver an exceptional recruitment experience whilst directly working towards business objectives and target outcomes to ensure that PaddyPower, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming has the optimal employer brand and strategy for attraction, selection, onboarding, and sourcing of talent.

What you’ll do

  • As a leader, you will be responsible for developing a scalable TA Team; building and retaining a team of Sourcers, TA Specialist and TA Partners that are geographically disbursed, and ensure the team has the competencies and capabilities to deliver the TA strategic vision and business requirements
  • Engage with senior business leaders and People Partners, using quantitative and qualitative techniques, to input into the business planning process and promote strategic workforce planning
  • Using external and internal insights, and in collaboration with key stakeholders, develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy across numerous areas of responsibility
  • Leverages data and analytics to understand and drive talent decisions for stakeholders
  • Lead the design, execution, and measurement of recruiting goals and standards for team members and puts plans in place to improve performance and delivery
  • Ensure that critical talent pipelines are in place and that these are appropriately managed and reviewed
  • Seek out and demonstrate industry, competitor, and other business trends, on a minimum of UK+I scale to design and influence innovative strategies, technologies and team skills
  • Build internal and external networks and affiliations to support the TA vision eg Employer Brand, Internal Communications, DEI, Customers, 3rd party partners
  • As Brand Ambassador for Flutter UK+I work closely with communications and employer brand teams to leverage presence and status across multiple channels
  • Ensuring that robust and fair assessment methodologies are in place that measure capability and future potential
  • Ownership of strategic TA projects

  • Exemplary management and people development skills within a geographically dispersed and remote working environment
  • A demonstrated history of engaging team members and stakeholders to influence business outcomes within TA
  • An evangelist for efficiencies within the talent acquisition process, while simultaneously balancing the criticality of our first-class candidate experience within a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Experiencing scaling a recruitment delivery organization during growth and change
  • Experience implementing and embedding new/existing processes, procedures, and infrastructure within a complex and remote talent acquisition organization
  • Demonstrated expertise at mining data to derive insights; proven history of infusing analytical insights into a broader narrative to drive business outcomes and change
  • The ability to reimagine a talent acquisition organization of the future,
  • Decisive, results orientated and pre-empts and resolves issues
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Agility and highly efficient at own ways of working and seeks continuous improvement
