The Adult and Community and Foundation Learning Teams deliver a range of exciting courses to our diverse learners in the heart of our community. From maths and English, independent living skills to confidence building, to flower arranging and dress making there is something for everyone! We're are recruiting a Campus Operations Manager to provide a service across our community campuses. We're looking for a dynamic and vibrant professional who is able to engage with curriculum and support staff, including Health and Safety and Estates teams so that our centres operate safely and ensure a positive student experience. Never worked in a college? That's okay! We're looking for your skills, experience, and ability to work efficiently and build relationships....and we have a range of learning and development opportunities for you too! Our Campuses are: Beeston, The Vine, Deacon House, Eastgate, North Street and Enfield. The role will be based at anyone of our sites and will require travel between all community sites.
- Support the Campus Directors in ensuring our Community and Foundation Studies delivery locations operate safely for students and staff.
- Lead the termly campus operations meeting with central Health and Safety and Estates teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and play an active role in managing projects and provide solutions that continuously improve campus systems and processes.
- Liaise with external and internal specialist teams to ensure statutory guidance in followed in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Be extremely customer/student focussed with a proven track record of understanding and responding to customer demands
- Have experience of leading/managing in an operations focused support service organisation.
- Have undertaken Health and Safety training or have a willingness to undertake this
- Have a proven track record in working to time critical requests and responding effectively.
- Able to engage with curriculum and support staff, including Health and Safety and Estates teams so that our centres operate safely and ensure a positive student experience
