We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at an esteemed consultancy on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's most valuable asset - its talented workforce. Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Take the lead in the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for directly identifying potential candidates, collaborating with external recruitment partners, and promoting employee referrals. Your role will also involve extending job offers, managing counter-offers, and working closely with internal stakeholders to define role specifications.

Fostering Employee Engagement: Shape an environment that encourages a connected and motivated workforce.

Performance Enhancement: Implement and oversee systems that facilitate constructive feedback and professional development.

Strategic HR Planning: Contribute your insights and perspective to our HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching corporate objectives.
