Job Title: Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruiter
Location: London City Centre (flexible working available)
Salary: 40k OTE +
Hours: 39.5 a week
Reports into: Director
About You
Are you an open, curious and ambitious individual looking to elevate a team from start-up level to international institution?

With experience in a start-up environment recruiting sales profiles, you will have ideally worked in the staffing industry or related (professional services/ex).
From talent mapping to onboarding, you will be key to Emérique & Partner’s talent acquisition plan. Target driven, you’d describe yourself as someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and strives for success, you’ll have opportunities to design and refine the recruitment process, plan the interview and selection process, and conduct various stages of the hiring process.
You will also be leading on employer branding, which will involve attending career fairs / physical and virtual events, working hand in hand with marketing to produce relevant content and negotiating with relevant third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent mapping
- Identifying and attracting future recruiters
- Screening and vetting candidates
- Planning the interview and selection processes including conducting qualification calls, assessments and in-person interviews and formulate offers
- On-boarding new joiners
- Designing / refining the recruitment process
- Designing job descriptions
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our CRM / ATS system
- Attend career fairs / physical and virtual events
- Work hand in hand with marketing to produce relevant content
- Negotiate with relevant third parties.
Role requirements:
- First-hand experience in a recruitment role, in a start-up environment
- Experience in the staffing industry (ideally)
- Experience in recruiting salespeople
- Experience in working in a target focussed environment
- Degree in HR or related major
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent verbal reasoning skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent general presentation skills (F2F or virtual)
- Ability to influence
- Commercial acumen
- Notions of marketing
- Experience at writing content (linked in, Instagram etc.)
- A high degree of fluency in English is a pre-requisite
