Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to support the People Talent Acquisition team to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment service is provided to our line managers, candidates, new starters and our 3rd party recruitment agencies.
Key deliverables:
Support the Talent Acquisition Team and give an overall improved experience to all that engage with our team.
Be the main point of contact for new hires from post offer to on-boarding (Including welcome emails, first day details, right to work collection and verification).
Draft employment contracts for regular staff hires and share them for approval and DocuSign.
Send and collate Permanent new hire forms.
Initiate and follow up with reference checks for permanent new hires.
Organise and Deliver Day One Induction weekly session and answer queries from new hires and line managers.
Ordering of new joiners’ equipment, setting up IDs and informing Managers of their new hire/assets.
Be responsible for the process for submitting and following up with recruitment approvals till completion.
Support the team where possible with our Emerging Talent Assessment Centres.
Draft consultancy agreements for limited company contractors.
Draft promotion contracts for yearly promotion cycle and oversee DocuSign process.
Responsible for ensuring our service level agreements with agencies are correctly in place, updated and reviewed annually and submitted through SELMS.
Set up Terms of Business/Vendor Creation/Unblock Vendors..
Work closely with third party agencies to ensure they are aware of new starter process and on-boarding.
Collect new hire assignment confirmations, NDA and ensuring Right to work documentation is collected and tracked.
Ensure our recruitment excel tracker is always up to date and accurate.
Collate internal vacancies and update the Hub (Intranet) regularly.
Assist in developing and constantly improving the teams documents and processes to create efficiencies where possible.
Build strong relationships with the People Operations team, to ensure alignment with the team and effectiveness of all end to end processes.
Support wider people team projects as required.

Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills
Be a good team player and the ability to work under stress to address deadlines
