We are looking for a creative, innovative, collaborative, and analytical candidate to join our marketing team to support our digital transformation while creating fantastic customer experiences. Ideally this candidate will have experience with B2B and marketing automation platforms. This role will require significant time working with and utilizing our automation platform (Marketo) You will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and other duties as assigned.

Designing, creating, and implementing content, process flows and automation to support the buyer journey.
Support and consult our divisional & regional marketing teams to help them specify and achieve their goals from U.S. marketing programs.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and channels.
Develop and maintain persona-focused multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues across the marketing organization.
Assist in the management of our Martech stack and marketing data.
Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities
Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites

Key requirements

Marketing degree preferred; or 2 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of CRM and MA systems within a B2B company. Manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong listening, communications, and networking skills to enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Basic knowledge of web design including. HTML, ideally JavaScript and databases (SQL) JSON and working with APIs.
You will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable designing logic-driven automation programs.
Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
