About the role
We’re currently recruiting for Assessment Associates to write, review and scrutinise external assessments for the following Level 3 qualification:
T Level Technical Qualification in Health which includes:
- Core exams covering Health Sector
- Supporting the Adult Nursing Team occupational specialism
- Supporting the Care of Children and Young People Team occupational specialism
- Supporting Healthcare occupational specialism
- Assisting the Mental Health Team occupational specialism
- Assisting the Midwifery Team occupational specialism
- Supporting the Therapy Team occupational specialism

Duties and responsibilities
- Produce assessment content (question papers/tasks and mark schemes) that meet NCFE qualification and assessment specification requirements.
- Review assessment content (question papers/tasks and mark schemes) to ensure that it meets NCFE qualification and assessment specification requirements.
- Submit assessment content in the required format, within agreed timescales.
- Ensure assessment content meets all commissioning instructions, as agreed with the Assessment Production Officer.
- Provide additional assessment content as required, including document/image sources and details of copyright permission, as required.
- Attend paper review panel days and training sessions, as required (online).
- Liaise with Chief Examiners, Scrutineers and Assessment Production Officers.
Summary of skills and experience
- You should have experience of writing and/or reviewing external assessment materials.
- Examining experience desirable.
- Experience working within the healthcare sector desirable.
- You need to have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in health, healthcare or similar
- You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You should have excellent attention to detail
- You should be able to work accurately and consistently, and at times to tight timescales
