Reporting into the Lead Systems Administrator, you’ll join the organisation at a pivotal time of exciting change. This role will work across our systems, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and that reporting and analysis is completed as required. Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and ensuring the reliable operation of With You’s incident management system, Ulysses - this will include modules for incident reporting, complaints and feedback
- Providing analysis and reports on themes and trends as required by Trustees, the Senior Leadership team and service delivery managers
- Ensuring that all aspects of our systems are functioning as they should be and troubleshooting issues promptly
- Ensuring that all staff are aware of how to use relevant systems, by providing training where required
- Adopting a continuous improvement approach to systems
- Working closely with Information Governance colleagues to ensure the protection and appropriate use of data

The postholder should possess a relevant professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or have gained equivalent experience through similar roles. It is important that you have strong numerical ability and analytical skills and feel comfortable producing reports for varying stakeholders. We are looking for an exceptional communicator, who is confident in building meaningful working relationships and can collaborate effectively at all levels of the business. An understanding of Information Governance is essential, along with an awareness of risk and escalation processes.
