Job description
We are seeking an energetic, highly-organised individual with a strong administrative background, to join our team as Executive Assistant.
The successful individual will have high visibility across the senior management team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including:
- diary management, organising travel, and arranging meetings face to face and via Teams
- preparing agendas, documentation and minutes
- collation of reports/papers for various managers and board members
- coordination of projects
- maintaining/improving processes, procedures and systems
- acting as first point of contact on behalf of the managing director
You will have the highest level of skills across the Microsoft Office suite, plus the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
This role requires a friendly, efficient administrator, able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, with strong, diplomatic communication skills, and the ability to work within a team of skilled professionals.

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
