Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Mid-Level IT Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing customer server and network infrastructures, including various technical solutions. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and experience with different technologies will contribute to the smooth operation of our customers' software, hardware, servers, and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain customer server and network infrastructures, including but not limited to M365, virtualization platforms, and other technical solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Assist in upgrading network infrastructures to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Train new system users on various technical solutions, providing ongoing support as needed.
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware to proactively identify and address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Update technical documentation related to configurations and processes for different technologies.
- Provide high-quality customer service while communicating with end users, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding technical solutions.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Network and Systems Administrator, with a broad understanding of various technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructures, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and other relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across different systems and software.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools for efficient management of technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), with potential for transition to full-time based on business needs
- Salary: $25,000.00 per year (50% of the full-time salary of $50,000.00)

Please note that with an increase in customer demand and business growth, there is potential for this part-time role to transition into a full-time position in the future.
