About the Role:
Aquila is seeking a Systems Administrator-Infrastructureto join our team in supporting one of the countrys premier defense research organizations. This position will require solid professional development skills in effective communication, time management, and working autonomously while interfacing with team members from across a diverse number of teams. Work may often involve navigating multiple projects/disciplines, including building consensus and navigating IT governance.
There are a few requirements for the position:
- Must be a U.S Citizen (Green Cards / Visas do not qualify)
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and maintain a personal security clearance. (Aquila would sponsor you for the security clearance.)
The goals of this position will be to work on designing, documenting, and deploying various security configurations to meet the facilitys security requirements. Work may also include addressing security compliance projects on the enterprise Windows / Macintosh workstation platform as needed. Examples of projects may consist of developing deploying baseline security configuration to platforms, aligning platforms to meet privileged access management (PAM), or documenting compliance with security controls with accompanying artifacts for audit purposes.

Work Schedule: This position is REMOTE.The candidate is able to work remotely from any location. Must be able to support EST.
Travel: The candidate may be asked to take up to 2 trips per calendar year to Lexington, Massachusetts if the program/project requires it.
