To help us create amazing partnerships, we need amazing people. Canine Partners has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our busy Finance & Resources team.
This is an incredible role at a prominent assistance dog charity where your role will be a part of our essential work that transforms lives every day.
What you will do:
In order to support and promote the smooth running of our working training centre, you will provide efficient and effective finance and office administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to interact and work with many parts of the charity, internally and externally.
What we're looking for:
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- ICT skills (MS office, accounting systems, databases, excel)
- Excellent numeracy and cash handling skills
- Experience of managing an office

This role is based from our training centre in Osgathorpe, Leicestershire. A peaceful rural setting with plenty of on-site parking.
