Job description
- Design, create and deliver in-person as well as live virtual qualification and instruction content to dealers
- Answer application questions that may be out of the realm of tech support and bring in engineering if necessary
- Manage training kit inventory for virtual training, and ensure delivery of training kits to the attendees
- Oversee dealers and build their confidence with on-site supervision/support of measurements and installation of their first project
- Create scripts, record on camera, edit and produce videos to post online for “how to” and self-paced training and qualification content
- Develop application notes
- Manage and maintain in-person training equipment as well as manage logistics of shipping the equipment as needed

Support trade shows with:
- product specification and ordering
- setup before the show
- be an “in booth” subject matter expert
- Work with the sales team to develop training schedules and post registration links; manage the training rosters; track attendance and grade assignments during training; work with sales operations update user credentials after the training
- Research new training techniques and resources to provide continuous improvements and elevate the customer experience
- Be a Lutron ambassador and enthusiastic subject matter expert
- Be the Customer ambassador to the Lutron organization. Engage with product managers and engineering to provide customer feedback. Always be on the lookout for product improvement

- Bachelor’s Degree (technical degree preferred)
- 3+ years field experience with window treatments
- Passion for Sales, working with design community, dealers and installers
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical products, their benefits, and specify them
- Experience solving complex problems within a team environment
- Ability to work across several departments of the Lutron organization that touch the customer, directly or indirectly; Sales, Operation, Logistics, LCI, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Web Team, System Sales Engineers, MarCom, Displays, Model Shop etc
- Willing to travel for in-person trainings and trade shows
