We are looking for someone to focus on driving forward the business growth strategy to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is proactive and driven. In Return You'll Receive: Annual bonus scheme Quarterly commission Fuel card Company car - Hybrid Working away allowance Employer assistance program Career progression Pension Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Travelling throughout the territory, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales and winning new business within the designated area Ensure strategic area planning to meet business growth requirements Ensure sound knowledge of current installation services and product range to deal with customer requirements and maximise selling opportunities proactively Having a thorough understanding of your area's customer and business profile and the ability to present this when required in various formats Build and maintain customer relationships Reporting and discussing sales activity and opportunities with management to progress results Present, promote and sell services using solid proposals to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, reaching out to customer leads and expediting resolutions to customer problems to maximise satisfaction Analyse the area and market potential, track sales and status reports, supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities, and review the potential for new products and services Required Skills & Experience: Experience in a sales within the construction industry Customer focused and commercially aware Experienced targeting large businesses and organisations Strong analytical and technical skills If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Business Development Manager opportunity, please click 'apply now'.
