Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or shifts
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Attention to detail for accurately preparing drinks and garnishing them appropriately
Note: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, catering, or food service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £10.43-£11.00 per hour
