Switchboard Operator

We are recruiting a Switchboard Operator to join our Front of House Team.

Part time - 24 hours per week. (shifts, weekend and bank holday working required)

Looking after our guests is our key priority. As a Switchboard Operator you will ensure that every call is a positive experience for our guests and clients. You will be part of the Front of House team and will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external calls at this luxury resort hotel are handled in a timely, professional and caring manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to progress your customer service skills in a busy and varied five star environment.

What we are looking for:

Enthusiasm, dedication and a friendly personality
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a polite and professional manner
The ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise
Previous experience as a telephonist or a in customer service role is desirable.
