
Guest Experience Supervisor Burnham-on-Sea, England
Job description
You will be working as a Guest Experience Supervisor for a family-owned business with a heritage dating back to 1945. At RoyaleResorts, we pride ourselves on providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
You will ensure the highest level of guest experience, from the booking process right through to the guest’s departure, on our family orientated holiday park, Lakeside in Burnham-on-Sea. In addition, you will be liaising with the reception, housekeeping manager, maintenance manager and complex manager to ensure that our accommodation is always at a high standard.
To be successful for this role, you will have strong customer service and organisational skills and will have previous experience in supervising members of a team and be able to manage and resolve customer queries and complaints.
We offer a company pension, life insurance, with a 40-hour working week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) between the hours of 9am and 6pm with an enhanced range of company benefits.
