The Sustainability team is part of the Strategy and Sustainability function and engages collaboratively with all functions across the business. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality group-wide external reporting of sustainability-related information and for strengthening the approach to group disclosures in line with evolving reporting requirements.
What will you be doing?
- Support business alignment with key reporting requirements such as Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), International Sustainability Standard Board (ISSB) and Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI)
- Support in the analysis and presentation of data for regulatory and investor reporting including NFDR, EU Taxonomy
- Support the delivery of submissions to various voluntary ratings organisations and through platforms such as DJSI and CDP to improve transparency of performance to sustainability standards and to support improved performance.
- Assist in the development and publication of the annual sustainability report.
- Prepare the narrative and end of year sustainability performance data tables used inSustainability Report and Annual Report
- Support the data gathering process, providing oversight of data providers and recommend additional data sources with a view to bring sustainability (non-financial) reporting on a par with wider financial reporting processes.
