Job Description: As a Tutor, you will take on a multifaceted role that involves ensuring the quality of our Mortgage Advisor Apprenticeship program while providing guidance and support to apprentices throughout their learning journey. You will work closely with a dynamic team of industry professionals to deliver an exceptional training experience and foster the growth and development of future mortgage advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and apprenticeship guidelines.
- Create and update training materials, assessments, and learning resources for the Mortgage Advisor Apprenticeship program.
- Conduct classroom-based and virtual training sessions, delivering engaging and informative content to apprentices.
- Provide personalized support and feedback to apprentices, monitoring their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the curriculum and align it with industry trends and best practices.
- Assess apprentices' work and evaluate their competence through practical examinations and written assignments.
- Mentor and guide apprentices, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting professional growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week
Salary: From £15.00 per hour
