The Role The University of London Worldwide has a rewarding opportunity for a Surveys and Student Voice Manager to lead on the expert delivery of student surveys and student voice mechanisms. This covers the management of high-profile and established surveys, both internal and external, as well as new methods of student engagement being introduced in response to the development of new degree programmes and the Office for Students' student outcomes agenda. The role also involves leading on 'closing the feedback loop' communications and scoping out new methods for capturing feedback from students that utilise latest technologies and appeal to the current generation of learners. We are looking to meet interested candidates who have strong IT skills - including Microsoft Office 365 and other technology which can support the surveys and student voice portfolio (for example, web conferencing, data collection and analysis, stakeholder consultation) - good numeracy skills including the ability to understand quantitative data, and an appreciation of the need for confidentiality and sensitivity in handling data and corresponding with stakeholders. Your exceptional written and oral communication skills will enable you to produce reports, effectively present information in face-to-face and remote settings, and communicate clearly and persuasively with a range of audiences in a variety of settings, including those which demand intercultural sensitivity.
