Applications Engineer - 1 day working from home. Our client is a dynamic and innovative precision engineering company at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions. As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented and motivated Applications Engineer to join their team.

Applications Engineer key responsibilities:

Customer Support: Work directly with customers to identify their technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on our products' optimal usage.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
Pre-Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, assisting in proposal preparation, and addressing technical queries from clients.
Design Engineering: Analyse customer requirements and design product solutions that align with their specific needs, maximising the value of our products.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvement and inform the development team of potential enhancements.

Applications Engineer requirements:

Strong technical aptitude and ability to use 3D CAD Software ideally solidworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Skills such as SCADA and PLCs is desirable.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday
