Care home in Normanton, WF6
Pay rate at £10.8-£11,8 per hour
Long shifts, 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm
Please NOTE we don't offer sponsorship at these locations, only care assistants allowed to do full-time
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, understanding and caring to join our team, supporting individuals with a Mental Health conditions; support may include; personal cares, cleaning, cooking as well as participating in activities both within the home and in the community. No day is the same, however, it can sometimes be challenging due to behaviours.
Hours are: 8am – 8pm (days)

With your kind and compassionate nature, you'll love to spend time talking to residents, learning a life history, hobbies past and present, and what their favourite knock-knock joke is.
You'll take great pride in helping a resident to achieve the smallest of conquests. You smile through everything and you'll bring happiness to your work every single day.

The day to day job role:
Fully supported by your team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
With unparalleled kindness, you’ll assist the everyday needs of our residents, from personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events.
You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
You’ll be talented in building strong & fulfilling relationships with your team our residents, families, friends & within the local community.
As part of the role, you may be requested to work some weekends.
