We are a small and friendly team supporting a young adult with disabilities and in search for an experienced support worker to join J’s team. J is almost 19 and is an incredibly happy and cheerful young man with a most infectious giggle. J is a very social person and he likes to go out and about. He uses a power chair. J has cerebral palsy and requires adult help for all his needs, including personal care.
Your role would be to assist J to live in an independent life. His residence is impressively adapted, and he receives 2:1 care. You will be working alongside another support worker on day shifts and waking night shifts.
The role offers:
- Competitive rates £13.50 to £15.50 per hour gross.
- 28 days of annual leave.
- Training, induction, and regular supervisions with a dedicated management team.

- Experience in care would be desirable but we would consider all applications as training on the job would be provided.

- Free on-site parking.
Own transport would be essential as there is no link to public transport in Harston.
