We are looking to recruit a Tandoori chef to join our highly skilled kitchen team and work under our Director Chef to make various Indian starters. You will be required to prepare & cook from raw ingredients, have knowledge of using tandoori oven, making different Indian breads etc, demonstrate good cooking & prepping skills, present high standard of food according to menu and company specifications. You will need to be an all round team player and show good standard of health & hygiene. Other duties will include stock and usage control, manage deliveries, and general upkeep of kitchen and storage facilities. We have got the sponsorship license to hire the right candidate from UK or abroad. Full time, immediate start for the right person.Salary: £13.00/hr to £14.50/hr depending on experience To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:If applying from abroad, you must be able to pass the IELTS exams.Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.Minimum 2 years previous work experience in similar cuisine establishments.Working knowledge and familiarities of Indian cuisine menus.
