Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Services Manager (Regional Welcome Services Lead) to lead our teams based at the offices of one of the biggest professional services companies in the world!

Supporting the Group Welcome Services Manager, the Regional Welcome Services Lead will be responsible for managing our teams based at our clients’ offices across London and the south of England.

Responsible for ensuring that the team meet all client promises and KPI's, proactively identifying areas for improvement and always be one step ahead.

Suitable candidates will have extensive corporate management experience for multi-site contracts and a proven ability to deliver a world-class service.

Hours for the role are as required to meet business needs and the position is London based with travel to the regional locations required.
