We have a fantastic opportunity to join and work within our cold room area at Broomfield Hospital.
You'll work with our friendly team to provide an effective and efficient food service to the wards, ensuring the highest food safety standards at all times to our patients, staff and visitors via the Trust.

You will work within an integral part of the patient catering department.
Working towards supplying patient nutritional needs, this will involve receipting of large supplier deliveries, stock rotation, picking and packing ward meal requirements and distributing out to the wards.
You will support the patient catering team in the nutrition and hydration of
patients as well as supporting the ward hosts on duty.

- You’ll be working alongside members of the catering team to provide appropriate nutrition and hydration to all our patients as part of their wellbeing.
- You’ll be given the training to assist and answer questions about the food and drink products we provide.
- You will be a key member of the Estates and Facilities Directorate and
- You will gain experience of working within a patient focused environment whilst maintaining effective professional working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
