Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Support Workers to join our Grove Court Service.

You do not need previous work experience to apply for this role throughout your time at Rethink we will support you on your learning journey helping you develop in the area of work.

We are hiring for part time and full time posts and are open to discussing flexible working patterns.

We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.
