Full time salary range is £30509.76** at Entry Level, to £33280.76** for experienced Support Workers

The Ideal person will have the following skills and experience -
· Passionate and enthusiastic approach to helping young people
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising emotional intelligence.
· Ability to work on your own initiative.
· Ability to cope with crisis situations.
· Ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment.
· Good administrative, recording and reporting skills.
· Confident in speaking and facilitating a group environment
· A commitment to deliver individual and organisational targets.
· Empathy with the aims and values of the organisation.
Enhanced DBS certificate is required.
QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable; we will provide this training for the right candidate
Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends. Some of our homes require night shifts. We particularly welcome applications from candidates who would like to work sessional shifts (in house bank).
The role -
Our Supported Living service supports Young People who are care leavers aged 16 - 18.You will work closely as a key worker for a small number of Young People in our community where we strive to deliver high standards of care, support, and housing to ensure they can be independent and have a chance to flourish.
**inclusive of additional supplement for completing 2 sleep in shifts per week
