Job description
You will support the existing team by supporting the service users between 8pm and 11pm and then providing sleep in cover throughout the night in case additional support is required. In case of additional support being required, the pay rate is of £NMW Sleep in rate - £35
Main duties of the role: -
- Ensure that service user rights are protected
- Provide emotional and practical support to the service users
- Complete all daily records, incidents logs and other relevant paperwork.
- To Report any concerns regarding the individuals you care for daily.
- Report any health and safety issues.
- Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health teams so as to maximise opportunities for service user therapeutic care.
- If applicable, assist in the administration of medication.
- Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times and Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role.
- In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service.
