Role Objective:
We're seeking an industrious Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our Compliance Manager in coordinating and executing maintenance services throughout our site. Your role extends across all three technologies (AD, ATT, MT) and includes overseeing the maintenance of our wider property and building assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the efficient completion of both planned and unplanned site facilities maintenance.
- Oversee daily operations and strategic management of the estate/building on behalf of our client.
- Uphold legal compliance with statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with contractors visiting the site to fulfil business objectives.
- Execute audits on suppliers to evaluate service delivery, and then allocate improvements and achieve objectives.
- Manage, operate, and enhance the digital works management system to achieve business goals.
- Assist in tracking and planning of financial update reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to procurement processes, and actively review, integrate, and monitor suppliers in collaboration with procurement colleagues.
- Generate and assess risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH assessments for the Facilities Team.
- Contribute to health and safety aspects as needed.
- Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on building assets.
- CSCS card holder or the ability to obtain a relevant professional card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- IOSH or another relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in facilities/maintenance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience in Contract Administration and work planning.
- Proven track record of supervising multi-skilled technicians.
- Prior experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Similarly we recycle circa 95,000 tonnes of waste.
