Type of service – Supported Living
Location – Lympne near Hythe and Folkestone
· £11.00 per hour plus £1000 retention bonus paid during the first 2 years of employment (£250 every 6 months*).
· £11.30 per hour after 2 years of service (if applicable)
· 10% Overtime allowance for hours worked over 37.5 per week
· Up to 50% bank holiday allowance**
· Sleep ins at the service are £62.46 plus 12.07%

We are looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Lympne, Kent and surrounding areas. If you do not have previous experience, we can provide full support and training to become a confident Support Worker.

Flexibility is required for this role, as you would need to be available to work on a rota basis. Please note the working hours rotate, as some services require flexible working hours.
