Job description
Two full-time, permanent positions.
The Dean of Students Office is looking for two highly motivated and organised individuals, with the drive and ambition to make a positive difference to the success of students at Warwick. You will have experience of working on projects and will be comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You will need to have a strong collegiate approach and be an effective team player.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about equal opportunities to succeed. It is ideally suited to a creative self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative to independently progress and complete a wide variety of tasks, with guidance and support from the Senior Projects Officer and Dean of Students. The ability to problem-solve and think imaginatively will also serve the postholders well, as there will be opportunities to shape plans moving forward.
You will play an integral part in helping to deliver the University’s Education Strategy, through supporting the delivery of work around student success and inclusion. This role is intended to maximise student success amongst students from a wide range of backgrounds – particularly those at risk of non-continuation and lower than expected degree attainment.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
To find out more or arrange an informal conversation about the role, please contact: Megan Caulfield, Senior Projects Officer ([email protected]).
Interview Date: 25 and/or 26 May 2023.
