We provide a variety of options for care at home in Oxfordshire, including regular visits during the day and evening, 24-hour live-in care, respite and convalescent care.We are recruiting for a variety of weekly contract hours, either part-time or full-time, with your specific availability to be discussed at interview. Your hours will then be locked in as agreed.Our clientele are within our community from Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Private Homes and NHS Trusts. Based in Witney, we cover the whole of West Oxfordshire, Oxford, the Cotswolds, and villages along the Gloucestershire border.Your duties will include:- Personal Care - toileting, bathing, dressing.- When needed simple meal preparation and assistance.- Medication assistance and support- Providing companionship and social stimulation- When needed supporting clients to appointments and outings.- Light housework.- Personal shopping.What we look for in our staff:- Committed to enhancing the lives of our clients.- Compassion: treating individuals with dignity and respect.- Able to use own initiative.- Confident in lone work and as part of a team- Able to work flexibly around the needs of our clients.- Reliable and good with time keeping and communication skills.- You must hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
