We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals, with experience working in the box office team at events or venues to join our team.
2023 is looking to be our best and most exciting event season to date!!
We work with some of Scotland’s best events and festivals including Kelburn Garden Party, FLY Open Air, Otherlands Festival, and Skye Live; not to mention a host of pop-up events in Glasgow and beyond.
We are currently recruiting for two roles:
- Box Office Supervisors - Responsible for overseeing the box office team - dealing with difficult customer enquiries; supporting the scanning team with any issues; reporting appropriately to Event Management.
- Box Office Staff - Serving customers (scanning tickets; checking names from a digital list; bagging phones or applying stickers to phones; selling limited allocation of tickets and providing information to the public regarding the event).
These roles will be a fixed-term contract from 13 June - 29 August 2023.
You will be working at one Glasgow-based event in the City Centre for an extremely high-profile event.
Person Specification:
- You must have experience working in a box office environment and be able to deal with a potentially high volume of enquiries.
- You must be a fluent English speaker
- You will be a naturally friendly and outgoing person who can talk to anyone and build a rapport with them
- You will be interested in the arts, cultural, and music & events scene within Glasgow and wider Scotland

Pay Rates:
- Box Office Supervisors: £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Box Office Staff: £11.00 per hour (PAYE)
