Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
We are looking for care assistants to join our team. We provide training
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support
- Perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of a nurse or doctor
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with patient hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Collect and document patient information and medical history
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Assist with medical equipment setup and maintenance
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
