Vibrance has exciting opportunities for Community Access Workers to join our Green Lane team in Ilford, Goodmayes.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, (Part-Time and Relief hours are also available). In return, as our Community Access Worker you will receive a competitive salary of £20,125 to £20,511 per annum.

About our Community Access Worker role:

Our successful Community Access Worker will have enthusiasm, passion and energy to work within a diverse team supporting those who use our service to try new experiences and to progress through active support.

The service will cover daytimes and will include leisure activities i.e. swimming, community visits, bowling, museums, local parks/farm trips, in house activities including drama and virtual sessions.

It is preferred that staff are drivers and willing to use their own vehicles on occasions. The shifts are largely ‘office hours’ Monday-Friday, but some early evening and weekend work is expected.

Applicants need to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of empowerment and choice to individuals and their independence.
