Tezlom are recruiting Support Workers to work within the Oxford and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers wanting either full time or part time hours per week. As a Support Worker weekly pay is £11 - £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay) paid via PAYE with no charge for payroll. There is an increase if you are working as a Limited Company.

We Require:
● 3 months previous UK paid experience in the role of Support Worker within the last 5 years
● Proof of right to work in the UK
● Experience working within a challenging environment and willingness to learn pro-active approaches for managing violence and aggression
About Tezlom and our services:
Tezlom supply experienced Support Workers to a variety of different clients which include Drugs & Alcohol Rehabilitation Units, Day Centers, Medium & Low Secure Hospitals, Supported Living Accommodation and Homeless Hostels for individuals with enduring mental health and other complex needs. The role of a Support Worker can be extremely rewarding however challenging and requires you to be organised and work as part of a team.
