Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people? We are in search of a children's support worker to join our teams based in Edgeware and Hendon, London.
You will be working with a friendly and close-knit team who have lots of experience providing support and care to children and young people who are vulnerable in society.
You will have the opportunity to complete training and further develop your career. You will need to have experience working with children and young people, working in a team and have knowledge / experience of Ofsted standards.
We would prefer if you have at least three years experience in this field but we welcome applications from others who have less experience combined with a suitable qualification. Qualifications at Level 3 Health and Social Care / Children's and Young Persons Workforce is advantageous. We also welcome applicants who have experience of Ofsted standards from education or nursery settings.
We are looking for experienced workers who have completed their level 3 and have at least 6 months children’s support work experience.
You will be working a range of shifts to cover the rota, usually the hours are 8am - 8pm and / or 8pm - 8am.
You will be required to work at least two weekends a month.
For this role, we will carry out a DBS check and referencing checks as part of safer recruitment.
