Randall Care Homes and Support provides 24-hour accommodation-based support for clients who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health conditions
We are looking for a strong personality who can work with clients who have chronic and enduring mental health needs. We treat our clients with respect, dignity and care.
Clients will need support with all basic life skills, build a therapeutic relationship and support people to live their best lives in the community.
Full-time work available.
- We are looking for a full-time person with excellent all-round skills in Mental Health. To include some nights.
- You will be lone working as well so you need to be a self-starter and know how to manage a small unit of up to 6 people.
- You need to have NVQ or QCS level 2 or above.
We are receptive to people looking for Work Sponsorship in 2023.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: From £9.50 per hour

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
