Salary: £24,875 - £28,838 per annum

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Early Years delivery team as a Trainer/Assessor. The successful applicant will be required to deliver to Level 2 and 3 Early Years/Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships. An assessing qualification is essential for this role, and a teaching/ IQA qualification would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training and assessment to apprentices, using a variety of delivery methods, including face-face, in small groups, on a 1:1 basis and virtually using mediums such as Zoom/Teams. They should also possess excellent organisational skills and be proficient in using Outlook, Office 365, and an e-learning portfolio system.
