Work Base: Flourish with Us Independent School
Location: Winterton
Salary: £18,000 per year
Hours: 9am - 3pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm for staff meetings
Contract Type: Permanent
Position Type: Part Time
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

Introduction.
Flourish With Us is an Independent Special School providing specialist educational services for 5 – 11-year-old students with social emotional and mental health needs. We are seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates to help us build upon the fantastic existing team we already have. At Flourish With Us we aim to improve outcomes for children and young people, empower staff and ultimately create better futures.

Purpose of the Post:
We are looking for candidates to add to an existing team of supportive and ambitious individuals who all share the same vision and keep the children at the forefront of all our decisions. We are passionate about improving outcomes for all our children and will tirelessly work together to achieve this.

The successful candidates will support all staff. Ensuring the needs of children are met and enabling them to overcome barriers to learning and successfully managing social and emotional challenges faced in everyday school life.
