The Caravan Aftersales, Design and Innovation Manager will be the person in Haven for responsible aftersales, creating accurate reporting and visibility to Haven to serve a consistent understanding of which manufacturers are performing in build quality and after sales issues. You will have a collaborative approach with manufactures and internal stakeholders to develop a road map for innovative new products and trials! The successful Caravan Aftersales, Design and Innovation Manager will be responsible for... Challenging manufacturers and working with stakeholders to ensure decisions on designs and innovation factors in manufacturers performance in aftersales and build quality. Working with all stakeholders internally and externally to agree and make decisions which are backed by insight and Havens sustainability mission to decide on caravan fleet and retail specifications for caravans in year and as part of the future company strategy. Work with stakeholders on ensuring we have a constant flow of data relating to park issues raised on aftersales with each manufacturer Influencing stake holders, central teams, and park operations to deliver business goals Be the parks contact for escalated issues relating to aftersales and challenges with build quality Working with manufacturers to understand possibilities to develop new products trials Managing internal stakeholders and provide a timeline and roadmap for changes Developing a strategy for what a caravan of the future looks and feels like in the future Working with procurement on achieving the best possible value for the caravans we have produced through a deep understanding of fleet and retail specifications. Demonstrable past experience in procurement/management and good working knowledge of design innovation experience (mainly for the caravan fleet) A strong passion for creating a change within the company and a strong drive to deliver a high quality of customer service Customer-facing experience (preferable) Market knowledge and commercial understanding of the caravan/holiday/procurement sectors Excellent English, both verbal and written Michael Page are pleased to report that we have the luxury of working with a market leader within the caravan holiday park space!
